Super Easy Guacamole
This simple guacamole recipe is the perfect side dish for any Mexican-inspired meal!
- 1 avocado
- 1 juice of one whole lime
- 2 Tbsp salsa
- 1/2 smidgen salt
Cut avocado in half. Remove avocado from skins, letting the meat of the avocado fall into a bowl. Remove the seed.
Mash avocado using a fork only, or a fork and knife (if the avocado is still a bit firm).
Add lime juice and stir.
Add salt and salsa. Stir.
Garnish with tomatoes.
