Super Easy Guacamole

This simple guacamole recipe is the perfect side dish for any Mexican-inspired meal!

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 juice of one whole lime
  • 2 Tbsp salsa
  • 1/2 smidgen salt


  • Cut avocado in half. Remove avocado from skins, letting the meat of the avocado fall into a bowl. Remove the seed.
  • Mash avocado using a fork only, or a fork and knife (if the avocado is still a bit firm).
  • Add lime juice and stir.
  • Add salt and salsa. Stir.
  • Garnish with tomatoes.
