  • 1 banana
  • 6 frozen strawberries (if strawberries are small, can use up to 10)
  • 1/2 c low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/2 c fat-free milk (I use Fairlife)
  • 1/3 c orange juice
  • 1 tsp chia seeds (can use 2 tsp but FYI makes smoothie thicker)


  • Add all ingredients to high-power blender. Blend. Serve :).
