Why High Protein?
Although each body’s individual protein needs vary, most people need at least 15 to 25 grams of protein per meal. Some research has shown 20 to 30 grams of protein to be the optimal protein load at meals to help with managing satiety (AKA staving off the hunger-bug) and for optimization of muscle protein synthesis (AKA that lean muscle mass you covet on Instagram). Most of the recipes here have about 15 grams of protein or more per serving to keep you full and satisfied.
